Heat Setting
General
Heat Setting is the main process for pretreatment of synthetic fibres.
It serves for structure homogenization, elimination of internal tension
that result in reduced shrinkage, crease and edge curling.
Applications
Heat setting is a thermal relaxation process.
Thus the textile material has better mechanical and chemical properties during dyeing.
Functions
All synthetic yarn and fabric (mixture or single) should be heatset.
Specifications
The fibre is heated to the upper limit of melting point temperature.
Order Data
Heat Setting: PRS9
