Bleaching process is whitening and removing the impurities contained in the greige yarn and fabric.

Greige yarn or fabric impurities has a bad effect on dyeing and other finishing process.

Applications
Bleaching can be done by batch, semi-continious or continuous processes.
Depending on the yarn and fabric type suitable bleaching process is selected.

Functions
Bleaching is applied to:
Cellulosic fibres
Natural fibres
Some synthetic fibres

Specifications
Bleached fabrics have better whitening index and brightness in color.
