Ariteks's client in Istanbul has developed a new face mask from Arox T2 Wr/Antibac fabric. Silver Pro Mask(R) is produced due to a request of a big hospital group in Turkey. Halter Aş in Turkey acted very fast and finished the design in 2 week. The mask can be washed many times and will not loose its anvitiviral and antibacterial function due to silver integration. The challange was to produce a washable product with breathability and bacterial fitration more than 98%. After all that the fabric with its double weaving system gots EN 14683 certification. The main functions are: Antistatic (Protection from polens) Water repellent (ISO 24920, ISO 5) Chemical Resistant (En 13034) Antiviral (ISO 18184) (unlimited wash) Antibacterial (ASTM E 2149) (unlimited wash) Bacterial filtration ability more than 98% (EN 14683) CIF Export to Usa, Eu, Switzerland.
